In a life, everyone has smiled at least once. We smile when we are happy, we smile to make others happy and we smile to show others, that we are happy. So a lot reasons for smile. But the base is happiness. I felt to write something. The first subject I had in mind was happiness. Its actually not the moment, it came from the thought which is the happiest moment of your life. Just think which the happiest moment of your life was. It will be a single specific moment. Definitely it will be the best moment of your life. I asked the question to many. The majority had something related to their family like wife, children, dad, mom, etc. A few had professional and a few had friends. But everyone had a unique character, that moment is the best achievement of their life. So I must say what make them happy is their own achievement. So can I say that, happiness is a selfish material? If so could I conclude that, selfish people are only happy?

Each and everyone in this world are selfish. If we sacrifice something, it is just because we are mentally satisfied. We will sacrifice only if our mind is happy for that. The basic nature of human being is they love to live according their mind set. And this mind set gives the ultimate happiness. So I must say ultimate happiness comes from selfishness.

So what we gain or what we loose is not the happiness. The real happiness is how our mind accepts the gain or loss. So I must say self achievement can be defined as the best happiness. Our mind will keep changing day by day. The reason for happiness will also change. We will be happy for achieving something now, not after ten years. So the main criterion is how our mind accepts it. So the base requirement of happiness is to find out what is his requirement for life. So if we can find out the requirement of your life, you will never be depressed of finding happiness of your life.
